ULUSAL KAMP VE KARAVAN FEDERASYONU

In 2007, the Istanbul Camping and Caravan Association (ISTANBUL KKD) and the Asia Camping and Caravan Association (ASYA KKD) were established, one on the European side and the other on the Asian side of Istanbul. This process initiated efforts to address the shortcomings and limitations of centralized management and to expand camping and caravan associations throughout the country by establishing new associations. In 2002, the first website enabling communication via the internet in Turkey was created, and in 2007, it was transferred to our federation for use and effectively utilized during the establishment process. The associations established within this framework came together on May 29, 2008, to establish the National Camping and Caravan Federation (UKKF), a long-awaited but unrealized entity. United under a single umbrella, it began its activities. Today, UKKF continues its operations as the only federation in this field in our country with 16 member associations.
